Returns policy:

In the event of defective or incorrectly delivered products, please send us an email to service@smartandgreen-leuchten.de with the invoice number and a brief description of the situation. After checking the matter, we will send you a DHL return label by email.

If you have ordered the wrong product or the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you can cancel the purchase within 14 days and return the product to us. In these cases, you will be responsible for the costs.
